Unvelo is a real estate prospecting tool that scores seller readiness and surfaces market reality (comps, days on market, rent) on property listing websites. The service is provided as a Chrome browser extension and companion web dashboard.
The Founding Design Partner program (4 spots) and the Founding Members program (200 spots) are limited-availability offers. Selection for the Founding Design Partner role is at our sole discretion. Founding Member pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your active subscription.
You agree to provide accurate information when applying or signing up. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
All content, features, and functionality of Unvelo, including the scoring algorithm, interface design, and branding, are owned by Unvelo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
Unvelo provides property scores, rent estimates, and market metrics for informational purposes only. These are not financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any data, scores, or AI-generated content. Always conduct your own due diligence before acting on any reading.
Unvelo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
