What shipped

Forward-to-Client button on Pendulum. Agents can now send a branded market reading to a client directly from the Pendulum page. One click generates a pre-written email with the current market narrative and a short link to the live reading.

Short-link redirect (/m/[metro]). Every Pendulum market now has a clean short URL: for example, unvelo.io/m/austin-tx. Works in email, DMs, and text. No long URLs.

Pendulum gauge tick-mark fix. The degree markers on the gauge were misaligned at the extremes. Fixed. The needle now sits exactly where it should at ±45°.

Public Changelog (this page). Dated facts get cited by AI engines. Every week we ship something, we document it here. That's why this page exists.

Coming next

Weekly Market Letter pipeline. Every Sunday the Pendulum data updates. We are adding an auto-draft step: the pipeline reads the new data and writes an 800-word market letter. Alessandro reviews it Monday morning, sends it to the waitlist, clips it to LinkedIn. One data pipeline, four distribution channels.

More changelog entries. The goal is a weekly Friday post. Short. Specific. Dated.

What we learned

Pages with specific dated facts get cited by AI engines when users ask questions about the housing market. Our blog posts with exact numbers and dates have appeared in Perplexity answers. That is why we are investing in the Changelog and the Weekly Market Letter. Every entry is a dated, citable data point that compounds over time.
